Job description
The Team Leader plays a crucial role in guiding, mentoring, and energizing a group of volunteers dedicated to developing a Christ-centered ministry aimed at middle school students. This position entails managing all aspects of ministry activities, including the organization of club events, discipleship initiatives, and outreach efforts to effectively communicate the gospel message. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills to connect well with both youth and adults, coupled with strong verbal and written communication talents. A college degree is desirable, and applicants are required to affirm the Young Life Statement of Faith.
