Job description
**District Sales Leader**
The District Sales Leader is responsible for managing sales activities, assisting Independent Distributors, and fostering growth within both retail and food service sectors. This role involves onboarding and mentoring partners while upholding operational compliance and maintaining top-tier service standards. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct store delivery (DSD) or route operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. A bachelor’s degree in business administration is highly desired, paired with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
