Job Summary
The LPN is responsible for overseeing resident care in alignment with treatment plans established by physicians, while also documenting the residents’ responses to the provided care. This position involves the administration of medications and ensuring the cleanliness and security of the medication supply area.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident care based on physician-directed treatment plans.
- Document residents’ responses to the administered care.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid LPN or LVN license in accordance with state regulations.
- IV certification is required to carry out essential clinical responsibilities.
