Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a vital role in delivering direct care to patients, which encompasses administering medications, tracking vital signs, and supporting patients with their daily living tasks. This position also involves educating patients and their families, as well as ensuring that medical equipment and supplies are well-maintained. Applicants must have a valid LPN license issued in Wisconsin and must have dependable transportation.
