The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a vital role in delivering direct care to patients, which encompasses administering medications, tracking vital signs, and supporting patients with their daily living tasks. Applicants must have a valid LPN license issued in Wisconsin and must have dependable transportation.
