Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver hands-on patient care, which encompasses managing medication administration, observing vital signs, and aiding patients with their daily living tasks. This role also involves instructing patients and their families and ensuring the proper upkeep of medical equipment and supplies. Applicants must have a valid LPN license in Wisconsin and have dependable transportation. Additionally, a current TB certification is necessary for this role.
