**Occupational Therapist**
The Occupational Therapist will deliver tailored therapy services to patients in their residences, facilitating their journey towards independence and daily function. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, the therapist will evaluate patient requirements, set therapy objectives, and provide guidance to families on the care protocols. Applicants should possess a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, hold a current Georgia license, and have a minimum of one year of experience in home healthcare. Essential qualifications include CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and expertise in HCHB charting.
