Job description
**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**
The LPN is tasked with delivering direct care to patients, which encompasses administering medications, tracking vital signs, and supporting daily living activities. This role also involves providing education to patients and their families, in addition to maintaining medical equipment and supplies. Applicants must have a valid LPN license in Wisconsin and have dependable transportation. Furthermore, candidates should possess a current TB certification and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
