Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in guiding patients and their families regarding health necessities, while also administering medications and maintaining precise documentation of care provided. In addition, they are tasked with wound management, supporting patients in daily activities, and observing vital signs and overall patient condition. Applicants must possess a valid LPN license in Wisconsin along with up-to-date TB certification. Having reliable transportation and demonstrating a consistent and punctual work ethic are essential qualifications for this position.
