Job Summary
The LPN – Private Duty role involves providing personalized nursing care to patients in a private setting. This position requires a compassionate professional dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals needing assistance with medical and non-medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama.
- Previous experience in a private duty or home healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
