Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver caring and personalized attention to residents while conducting routine health assessments during their shift. This role involves administering prescribed medications, ensuring accurate clinical records are kept, and maintaining open communication with families and healthcare providers. Applicants must possess a valid LPN license in South Carolina and have updated CPR certification. Ideally, candidates will have 1-2 years of prior experience in a healthcare environment.
