Provide personalized, direct medical care to infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical needs in their home environments. Perform continuous evaluations of patients, deliver prescribed treatments, and instruct family members on appropriate clinical care practices. Applicants should possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license. This position welcomes recent graduates, with training available for qualified candidates to work within a home care setting.
