Job description
**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**
The LPN will support the Resident Care Director in overseeing the community, guiding the work of resident care associates, and assessing the health requirements of residents. Key responsibilities include administering medications, ensuring accurate regulatory documentation, and engaging in resident care as well as community marketing initiatives. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and a valid LPN or RN license for the respective state of employment. A minimum of two years of experience in a geriatric environment and prior healthcare experience within a hospital or community setting is essential.
