Job description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers hands-on patient care, supports clinical procedures, and ensures precise documentation of medical records under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The role includes working collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams to provide safe and high-quality care in various clinical environments such as home health, hospice, and specialty clinics. Applicants must possess a valid LVN license in California along with BLS certification. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience is required, with specific expertise in public health or home care nursing essential for positions in home health.
