Deliver individualized, direct medical care to pediatric patients in their home environments based on a current care plan. Perform continuous assessments of patient health, provide prescribed medications, and offer guidance to family members regarding clinical care. Applicants must possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
