**Job Title: Home Health Nurse**
The Home Health Nurse will deliver personalized, direct medical support to infants, children, and adolescents who are medically vulnerable, right in their own homes. Key responsibilities involve performing patient evaluations, administering medication, and providing guidance and education to family members regarding clinical care practices. Applicants must possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license to practice in the respective state. This position welcomes new graduates, and candidates must have the capability to provide care in a home environment.
