Job Summary
The Machine Helper for the 2nd Shift plays a crucial role in supporting the production processes by assisting machine operators and ensuring efficient operation of machinery. This position involves a combination of hands-on technical skills and teamwork to maintain high standards in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators in the setup and operation of machinery to maximize productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Keep work areas organized and maintain cleanliness to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
