Job Summary
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the setup and operation of Haas lathes and milling machines to manufacture high-precision components. This role requires a keen eye for detail and expertise in reading technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
Responsibilities
- Set up and run Haas lathes and milling centers for component production.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and tool adjustments to maintain machine performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operating CNC machines, particularly Haas equipment.
- Strong understanding of G-code programming and machining principles.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Ability to effectively read engineering drawings and utilize precision measuring instruments.
