Job description
Job Summary
The Reliability Engineering Manager will oversee the strategies and practices that ensure the reliability of products and systems. This role involves leading a team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methodologies that enhance product performance and durability in the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of reliability engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement reliability engineering best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability into product lifecycle processes.
- Analyze data from product testing and field performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product reliability.
- Develop training and awareness programs to educate teams about reliability principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering, with a focus on system-level reliability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
