Job Summary
The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in overseeing the functioning of machinery across multiple lines, specifically focused on the production of foam cups. This position involves a range of tasks including basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and quality assessments to ensure that production standards are met consistently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain machine operations across 4 to 6 production lines.
- Conduct basic repairs on equipment as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machine efficiency.
- Execute quality tests to uphold production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is necessary.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a facility without air conditioning.
