Job Summary
The Engineering Technician plays a crucial role in the validation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) server technologies by managing essential materials and overseeing various operational tasks throughout the product lifecycle, from initiation to deployment. This position involves delivering third-level technical support, along with troubleshooting and enhancing server products.
Responsibilities
- Support the validation process for HPC server technologies.
- Oversee material management and operational tasks from product initiation to launch.
- Provide third-level technical support to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in debugging and optimizing server products to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; some college education is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of server systems and computer architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
