**General Maintenance Attendant**
The General Maintenance Attendant is responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, as well as diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems. This position involves collaboration with account and project managers to guarantee that all facility initiatives are executed effectively and adhere to quality benchmarks. Applicants should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and engaging in physical activities such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders for prolonged durations. The role necessitates adaptability to various environmental conditions, along with readiness for extensive driving and occasional airline travel.
