Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Lead**
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for managing daily maintenance activities and directing a team of technicians to maintain equipment reliability within a meat processing facility. This position involves practical troubleshooting, organizing repair schedules, and ensuring adherence to food safety and workplace safety regulations. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including 1-2 years in a supervisory position. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities are essential, as well as familiarity with safety standards relevant to food manufacturing.
