Additionally, this role involves recording maintenance activities, overseeing work orders, and providing support during emergency response situations when required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate familiarity with basic hand and power tools. The position demands the physical capability to lift weights between 50-70 lbs and work in challenging temperature extremes ranging from +50°F to -30°F.
