Job description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting regular preventive maintenance, carrying out building repairs, and performing equipment inspections to guarantee the safety of the facility and maintain operational efficiency. Additionally, this role involves recording maintenance activities, overseeing work orders, and providing support during emergency response situations when required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate familiarity with basic hand and power tools. The position demands the physical capability to lift weights between 50-70 lbs and work in challenging temperature extremes ranging from +50°F to -30°F.
