Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager’s primary role involves the supervision of maintenance activities within the marina, ensuring optimal facility standards and the execution of efficient maintenance strategies. This position also encompasses budget management for maintenance operations, oversight of expenditures, and the delivery of exceptional customer service to marina guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations and ensure that facility quality is upheld.
- Implement and manage effective maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and manage the maintenance budget and associated expenses.
- Deliver high-level customer service to guests at the marina.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a maintenance or managerial capacity.

- Physical capability to perform manual tasks commonly encountered in a marina setting.
