Job description
**Maintenance Manager II**
The Maintenance Manager II is in charge of the branch’s maintenance initiatives, guiding shop staff, organizing equipment repairs, and guaranteeing that all facilities adhere to safety and operational regulations. Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, monitoring fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with both federal and company safety standards. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be certified by the DOT for air brake and annual vehicle inspections. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) must be obtained within six months of employment, and having previous supervisory experience in a maintenance environment is preferred.
