Job Summary
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler plays a crucial role in the evaluation of maintenance work requests, determining their scope, and organizing resources to optimize maintenance scheduling. This position is vital for maintaining asset integrity and ensuring that all operations meet the company’s safety and productivity benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess maintenance work requests.
- Evaluate the scope of maintenance activities to determine necessary resources.
- Schedule maintenance tasks effectively to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain asset metadata.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure alignment of maintenance operations with safety protocols and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance-related field.
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings.
- Willingness to work in cold environments.
