Job description
The Maintenance Planner plays a crucial role in organizing, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance activities to reduce downtime and enhance workforce efficiency. This position also involves maintaining maintenance documentation, leading team discussions to set priorities, and promoting ongoing enhancements to maintenance initiatives. Applicants need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance within a heavy industrial setting. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in CMMS software, exhibit excellent organizational abilities, and be capable of performing physical tasks in outdoor conditions.
