The Maintenance SME will coach maintenance staff, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical equipment, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. They are responsible for ensuring plant equipment operates effectively while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED along with either a two-year degree in Industrial Maintenance or five years of relevant maintenance experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is required.
