Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with everyday operations. This includes overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, as well as maintaining accountability for cash handling. The manager also guides employees, implements company policies, and ensures that all areas of the restaurant adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Leader in daily operational activities.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Manage cash accountability and ensure proper cash handling practices.
- Direct and manage crewmembers to adhere to company policies.
- Ensure all restaurant zones comply with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
