Job description
**Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the hiring, training, and inspiration of the maintenance staff, while also managing property inspections and service requests. This role requires ensuring that the property’s grounds and shared spaces are maintained to the company’s quality standards through efficient work order management and preventive maintenance practices. A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance is essential, as well as possession of an EPA HVAC certification. Candidates must have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid driver’s license and basic skills in computer usage.
