Job Summary
This position is dedicated to promoting the Engagement 3.0 philosophy by cultivating meaningful relationships and a sense of purpose among residents. The individual will support the engagement department in creating connections and coordinating activities centered around the needs of the residents.
Responsibilities
- Encourage and nurture friendships among residents to enhance community ties.
- Assist the engagement department in developing and implementing person-centered activities.
- Support the overall goals and objectives of the engagement department.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in a hospitality-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be adept at building relationships and fostering community interactions.
- Experience in a hospitality or community-focused role is preferred.
- A deep commitment to resident engagement and connection building is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to thrive in this position.
