Job Summary
The Senior Disposition Manager is responsible for guiding the monetization process of Build-To-Rent investments. This position entails crafting effective disposition strategies and managing all aspects of the sales lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with various teams, negotiation of contracts, and overseeing buyer due diligence to enhance the value of investments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement disposition strategies for Build-To-Rent investments.
- Manage the complete sales process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential buyers.
- Lead the due diligence process for buyers to optimize investment returns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of seven to ten years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed for the role.
