Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with leading the evaluation and repair processes for industrial machinery as well as the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems. This role involves the implementation of preventive maintenance initiatives and the management of repairs related to the building and surrounding grounds.
Responsibilities
- Directing the maintenance and repair operations for industrial machinery and systems.
- Assessing and supervising the effectiveness of maintenance procedures.
- Implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinating repairs for the building and grounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
