Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the living environment for residents through a variety of general repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work. This role also involves supporting preventative maintenance initiatives, keeping equipment records, and providing transportation services for residents when necessary. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, along with a valid driver’s license in Ohio and proof of insurability. Candidates should possess experience in HVAC and electrical systems, with preference granted to individuals who have previously worked in maintenance roles within healthcare settings.
