**Job Title: Maintenance Technician IV**
The Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for overseeing intricate troubleshooting, repairing, and installation of equipment within the plant, while also providing guidance to staff and enhancing maintenance practices. They evaluate performance metrics to boost reliability and maintain safe, efficient operational standards throughout the facility. Applicants should possess a minimum of eight years of experience in industrial maintenance within complex manufacturing environments. A strong ability to interpret technical schematics and familiarity with CMMS and PLC systems are essential for this role.
