Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the optimal functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within the warehouse. This position involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain meticulous maintenance logs to document all activities and repairs.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout all maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to successfully pass respirator fit testing.
- Must maintain a clean-shaven face for safety compliance.
- Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds as required.
