The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting maintenance tasks, testing, repairing, and ensuring the functionality of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing setting. This role involves diagnosing equipment issues and delivering expertise to maintain operational efficiency. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and have experience in welding and fabrication, although a 2-year degree or certification in a relevant technical discipline is preferred. The position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and communicate clearly with production line operators.
