Job Summary
The Project Management Lead will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) to facilitate cross-departmental initiatives in Innovation, Sales, and Operations. This position acts as a vital integrator to guarantee that projects are executed with a high level of accountability, transparency, and alignment with the overall business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage the PMO to support and lead strategic projects across multiple functions.
- Ensure effective execution of projects by coordinating efforts among different teams.
- Maintain transparency in project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Align project outcomes with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, ideally in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing Project Management Office frameworks.
- Proficient in Stage-Gate processes and adept at managing intricate cross-functional teams.
