Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with executing regular maintenance tasks, conducting mechanical repairs, and systematically diagnosing issues with production machinery. This role is vital for maintaining the operational reliability and availability of the facility’s equipment while complying with established safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct mechanical repairs as necessary to address equipment malfunctions.
- Utilize systematic troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery.
- Adhere to safety procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- A high school diploma or GED is a requisite.
- OSHA 10-hour certification is required.
