**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with carrying out vital preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment within the plant, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems. This role entails maintaining safe operational standards, engaging in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs, and playing a key role in ongoing improvement activities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. A strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, alongside expertise in PLC applications, is essential.
