Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician role is crucial for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of facilities within Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing environments. This position is based onsite in Mystic, Connecticut, and operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour depending on the specific job responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to address repairs and upkeep of the facility.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and staff.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

- Experience in maintenance within healthcare or residential settings preferred.
