Operate, set up, clean, and maintain production equipment while preparing materials and following recipes to blend, process, fill, and package color products. Move materials and products, collect samples for quality testing, maintain accurate production records, and follow quality, sanitation, and safety procedures. Candidates must communicate effectively in English, perform basic metric calculations, follow written recipes and procedures, and comply with GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements. They must be able to work collaboratively, safely operate equipment after training, and lift up to 50 pounds; a high school diploma or GED and relevant manufacturing experience are preferred.
