Job description
The General Manager oversees all aspects of gym operations, focusing on enhancing revenue and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and cleanliness within the facility. This role includes the recruitment, training, and development of team members, alongside managing financial budgets and fostering community partnerships. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a busy setting and exhibit excellent communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree is desirable, and candidates should be skilled in Microsoft Office and other general computing systems.
