**Job Title: Data Engineering and Analytics Team Lead**
Assume responsibility for guiding and overseeing the Data Engineering and Analytics team in producing precise, well-regulated data solutions and insightful strategic information. Manage the technical implementation of data pipelines and machine learning projects while promoting an environment of mentorship and ongoing development. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in data-related fields, including at least 2 years in a direct management role, along with proficiency in SQL, Python, and contemporary data orchestration tools. A solid foundation in data strategy and predictive analytics is required, along with the capability to collaborate effectively in a healthcare setting.
