Job description
The Manager in Training will oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of store staff to guarantee outstanding customer service and streamline operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, keeping accurate financial records, and executing strategies to enhance sales and profitability. Competency in using computers for reporting and inventory oversight, as well as holding a valid driver’s license, is essential.
