Job description
The Manager will be tasked with supervising all construction operations at the land level, guaranteeing adherence to safety, quality, and performance benchmarks. This role involves leading production teams, coordinating area plans, and spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement to achieve the organization’s objectives. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in fields such as manufacturing, engineering, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a shipyard environment. Additionally, at least 5 years in a leadership capacity and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes are essential.
