Job description
The Assistant Controller will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, managing the monthly closing procedures, and supervising consolidated financial reporting. This role will also involve collaboration with the CFO on financial planning initiatives, team development efforts, and the integration of scalable financial systems and automation processes. Ideal candidates should possess 7 to 10+ years of increasingly responsible accounting experience, particularly with U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidation. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must, and a CPA certification is highly desirable.
