**Operations Manager**
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all elements of facility operations, encompassing order processing, inventory control, and profit and loss metrics. This role includes leading, mentoring, and training a varied team while guaranteeing adherence to safety, quality, and audit requirements. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of operational experience, ideally in a distribution center context. A high school diploma is necessary, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree, and candidates must also have strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
