**Job Title: Manager, QCA**
The Manager of Quality Control Analytics (QCA) plays a critical role in supervising the analytical team responsible for quality control, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). This position involves overseeing the qualification and validation processes for analytical methods, leading the investigation of any results that fall outside specification, and providing strategic guidance for the analytical services offered by the department. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in biological or biochemical sciences and a minimum of five years’ experience in a work environment regulated by the FDA. A solid understanding of GMP and ICH guidelines, along with strong leadership abilities, is vital for success in this position.
