**Personal Support Specialist**
The Personal Support Specialist is responsible for helping adults with disabilities connect with their communities and work towards individual development objectives. Key duties entail organizing daily activities, promoting social interactions, keeping track of health conditions, and offering transportation assistance. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of one year of experience in providing support to individuals with disabilities. A valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and the willingness to acquire Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification are essential.
